Order Modification and Cancellation
- Modifications and order cancellations by customers to orders once placed are not allowed.
- Dine-in customers can cancel their order free of charge within 60 seconds of placing the order.
- Once the delivery executive reaches the customer’s location (first checkpoint), cancellation/refusal to accept the order will not be permitted.
- For updates on your order, please contact the restaurant directly.
- If a digital payment order is canceled due to the unavailability of an item at the restaurant, the refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. However, G.O.A.T. Flavors is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank.
Service Guarantee
- Any kind of service guarantee is offered solely at the discretion of G.O.A.T. Flavors, who reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time without prior notice. G.O.A.T. Flavors does not penalize delivery personnel for late deliveries.
- Product and menu prices displayed on G.O.A.T. Flavors platforms are exclusive of taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. The total amount is rounded to the nearest rupee.
- In case of any dispute or interpretation of any term, the decision of G.O.A.T. Flavors shall be final.
- All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.

In case an ordered item is unavailable at the restaurant, the order will not be processed, and you will be notified by the restaurant.
